Hi, I’m Tina Henness, founder of Ultimate Property Investments and Director of Ultimate Homes Away.

I work with landlords who are looking for a reliable, hands-on property partner and a straightforward way to earn from their property without managing everything themselves.

Through Ultimate Homes Away, I currently operate and manage properties across Berkshire. My experience includes serviced accommodation, longer-term property arrangements with professional care providers, and working directly with landlords to keep their properties well maintained, occupied and looked after.

Every landlord and property is different, so I take the time to understand what matters most to them. Depending on the property, I may be able to offer a longer-term company let, serviced accommodation management, or another arrangement that works well for everyone involved.

My approach is built around:

• respectful relationships with landlords, guests and residents
• creating arrangements that are sustainable for the long term

I am also developing my own long-term property portfolio, including a lease-option project, so I understand the importance of protecting a property and making decisions with the future in mind.

Before moving into property, I built and ran a successful photography business in Berkshire for almost three decades. That experience taught me the importance of trust, excellent service, attention to detail and building lasting relationships.
